Monica is Senior Program Manager of Invicta.

She specializes in managing system development using Waterfall and Agile Processes and Business Process Modelling. Monica’s domain stretches across industries including Investment Management, Banking, Telecommunication and Healthcare. Her at Invicta, she uses her deep functional knowledge in Financial Markets & PB/WM Sales, Trade Operations, Trade Controls, Compliance, Client Onboarding, Counterparty Risk Management to lead client programmes.

Prior to Invicta, she was the Head of FM Operations Technology Services (OTS) at Standard Chartered Bank Digitization of process impacting Top Investment Clients covering ASIA, UK & US markets. She was also in charge of the development and operations of Front Office Controls Environment covering all Asia markets including: JP, KR, HK, TW, SG, TH, IN, ID, ML at Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS, Singapore).

Monica holds a MBA in Finance from Cal State University Hayward.
