Kelly is the lead solutions architect at Invicta.
With Kelly’s broad knowledge in ICT experience and deep expertise in architect consulting, Kelly specialises in enterprise messaging systems, distributed systems, enterprise application integration and service-oriented architecture. He is also skilled in communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Kelly came to Singapore in 2011 and was employed by MOH Holdings, holding company of Singapore’s public healthcare entities, where he held the role of an enterprise architect. He then moved on to IBM as a senior IT architect and specialised in the government and healthcare sectors. He also took on the role as an enterprise architect consultant in Dimension Data, focusing on public sector, healthcare and education.
Prior to 2011, Kelly was in the U.K., mainly working as a principal developer and solutions architect since 1988 in various companies.
