Clay is Principal Consultant of Invicta. Clay leads client projects on people transformation and start-up hubs.
Outside of Invicta, he is a partner of INT Labs and a partner of Ravenry, a consulting and services company.
Prior to Invicta, Clay was a consultant at BTS, a world leading strategy implementation firm. He was also in charge of investment and strategic partnership at TNB Ventures, a venture capital firm and accelerator. Clay started off as a senior associate in PwC UK.
