Kenny works closely with INVICTA’s clients to gather their business requirements, then collaborates with key partners to identify and ultimately implement the most effective solutions for organisational problems. For nearly a decade, Kenny has worked to develop systems to help streamline and digitise work processes.
Prior to INVICTA, Kenny held several roles as a distribution executive and business process specialist in Expeditors Singapore – a warehousing, logistics, distribution, and global freight forwarding company. He successfully implemented a new work process involving radio frequency scanning for a major customer’s warehouse and led digital transformation and process standardisation initiatives. He developed and completed projects in operational performance analysis, report developments, and process and data automation.
Kenny holds a bachelor’s degree from University of Singapore (NUS).
